TRADEMARK / SERVICE MARK STATEMENT:
Roboport is an intellectual property of Advanced Surgical Platforms (ASP). Roboport is an International Trademark Class 010, which classifies usage for medical devices, namely, surgical platform to perform surgical options through small incisions. (15 U.S.C. Section 1051 (b)).

Advanced Surgical Platforms has a continued bona fide intention, and is entitled, to exercise legitimate control over the use of the mark in commerce on or in connection with all the goods/services/collective membership organization. No other persons, except members and concurrent users have the right to use the mark in commerce, either in identical form or in such near resemblance as to be likely when used on or in connection with goods/services, to cause confusion or mistake, or to decieve.
